Welcome to Pharmaceutics Department

Pharmaceutics department deals with various strategies concerned with administration of therapeutic active agents to the body by several routes. It includes study of designing, development and evaluation of conventional and novel drug delivery systems.

Emphasis is laid on fundamentals of pharmaceutics like dosage forms, physico-chemical characterization of drugs, unit operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

The department has independent laboratories equipped with modern teaching aids, sophisticated instruments and advanced facilities for undergraduate as well as postgraduate students.
